Muscat: The 2nd Omani Entrepreneurs Forum explored means of supporting and empowering investments in innovative technologies and services in the field of communications. It also reviewed the means of grooming a competent national workforce.
The forum, organised by the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA), covered several topics, namely the TRA’s approach towards, approving new telecommunication equipment that support 4G technologies (at minimum), cloud service offered in Oman, as well as email and delivery services, among other topics.
