Barcelona: Oman National Bodybuilding and Physique Team collected two gold medals, one silver and one bronze medal in the World Bodybuilding Physique Championship here from November 1-7, 2022.
Al Muhannad al Maawali snatched the first gold medal for Oman in the Physique category (182cm), while Muneer al Luwaihi added another gold in the Muscular Physique category. Zaeem al Fazari earned Oman a silver medal in the Classic Bodybuilding category, as Omar al Maskari added a bronze medal in the Body Building category (90) kg.
Besides Al Maawali, Al Luwaihi, Al Fazari and Al Maskari, Oman’s team included Abdullah Said al Jabri, Imad Abdulhameed al Balushi, Ghanim Salim al Maamari, Mohammed Ali al Ajmi, Malik Issa al Kasbi and Muayad Tariq al Balushi.
