Under the patronage of H.E Prof. Rahma Al Mahrouqi Minister of Higher Education, Research and Innovation, The Omani Association for Quality in Higher Education (OAQHE) organized a Consultation Workshop to set the Strategic Plan 2023-2027. The workshop started with a presentation by Ms. Nabila Al Macki, the Chairperson of OAQHE, sharing the previous strategic plan and the new pillars of the new Strategic plan. Al Macki emphasized on the significant connection between the new strategy and Oman Vision 2040 as well as the Strategic Plan of Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation. The Consultation Workshop was attended by Universities’ presidents, Colleges’ dean and HEI’s representatives and everyone got the opportunity to contribute to the strategy through focused-group workshops and finilised the strategic plan.
