Muscat: The 12th edition of the Annual Leadership Conference (ALC) kicked off here on Tuesday under the theme “Agile Leadership: Current Responses to Dynamic World Changes”.

The conference aims to highlight organizational potentials and capabilities that boost the confidence of investors.

The two-day conference is organized by the Ministry of Labour. The opening ceremony was held under the auspices of HH Sayyid Dr Fahd Al Julanda al Said, Vice Chancellor of Sultan Qaboos University (SQU).

The conference covers a spectrum of topics, namely organizational agility and its necessity, pillars of achieving organizational agility, overcoming competition to form a new competitive market, swift response to the needs of prospects and innovation in products, among other topics.

Moreover, the event is participated by CEOs, officials and speakers from Oman and abroad.
