استكمالًا لمقالنا السابق، نوضح أن الكاريزما الاجتماعية متباينة النماذج، إلا أنها تكون في صورتين أساسيتين؛ إحداهما صامتة تتجلى في سحر هيئته وتوظيفه البيولوجي للمكوِّن الشخصي، فتجده في ابتسامته ونظراته وحركاته وتصرفاته الصامتة جاذبا للمُخَاطَب ويُشعر من حوله بالطمأنينة والسكينة. أما الأخرى فهي الكاريزما الناطقة والتي تتجلَّى في عذوبة الحديث، وانتقاء المفردات، وجمال تواصلها مع الآخرين والأسلوب الراقي.
إلا أنه يمكننا أن نفرد أنواعًا تفصيلية للشخصية الكاريزمية ومنها الشخصية الجذابة والتي يُطلق عليها فسيولوجيا بالشخصية المغناطيسية، وهي محبَّبة ومرغوبة في الوسط المجتمعي؛ حيث تمتلك حياة شيّقة مثيرة، وأسلوبًا ساحرًا مُلفتًا، وكذلك الشخصية المُلفتة وهي من أقوى الشخصيات الكاريزمية لامتلاكها ذكاءً اجتماعيًا متفرِّدًا يمكنها شحذ اهتمام من حولها بطريقة ناعمة ومقنعة وإن كانت مخالفة لرأي ووجهة نظر الغالبية، ولدينا الشخصية الودِّية التي ترتكز على الإيجابية وبثّ روح المحبة والتلاحم وتعتمد على منهجية بسيطة شعارها “بساط أحمدي” فمهما كانت المواقف والتصرفات والأحداث تجدها تبعث لمن حولها السعادة والسرور والفُكاهة والجمال وهي من الشخصيات العاطفية المحببة في المجتمع.
أما النوع الرابع من هذه الشخصيات فهي الذاتية، التي يمكننا القول إنها خُلقت بالفطرة، فتجدها على الرغم من موقعها الطبيعي العادي جدًا، تقوم بأدوار قيادية رائدة تجعلها محل التفات وانجذاب المجتمع لها. وهناك الشخصية الحضورية التي تتجلَّى بالهيبة والرقم الاجتماعي الحقيقي؛ مما يجعل وجودها في وسط الحشود ذا قيمة قوية.
وأخيرا لدينا الشخصية المخيفة التي تتميز بأنها تحافظ على مكانتها وقيمتها الاجتماعية بأي ثمن كان، حتى وإن تطلب الأمر القيام بممارسات عنيفة ومُزعجة وعلى الرغم من أنها غير محبذة لدى السَّواد الأعظم من الناس، إلّا أن هناك من يجدها نموذجية ومقربة إلى شخصيته ومشاعره.
وبعد حديثنا عن ماهية الكاريزما الاجتماعية، ومكوناتها، وخصائصها، مرورًا في مقالنا هذا عن طبيعة الشخصيات الكاريزمية، نختم القول عن أبرز الخصائص التي يتمتع بها أصحاب الشخصيات الكاريزمية، فهم دائمًا محل قبول واستحسان شرائح المجتمع، علاوة على تمتعه بالتأثير القوي على من حوله على اختلاف ذلك التأثير، وقدرته في إقناع الآخرين بكل سهولة، وهناك من يكون لديه القدرة في الجمع بين القلب الطيب والقاسي في آن واحد وتأثيره إيجابي على من حوله، ولا يمكن أن يقبل لنفسه ببعث الروح السلبية والانكسار للمحيطين في أي ظرف كان، علاوة على قوته في اكتساب المحبين لشخصيته زرافات ووحدانا بدون قيود، ولديه السرعة والبديهة وقوة تحقيق الإعجاب المجتمعي، ومهارة الاستماع باستمتاع وإقناع للمتحدث في كل المواقف واكتساب أو استثمار تقبل رأيه ليكون رقمًا مضافًا إلى معجبيه ومحبيه، وتمتعه بالفراسة وفهم عواطف ومشاعر من يحدثه وانتقاء الأسلوب الأمثل لإيجاد الحلول المناسبة.
