In a remarkable recognition of its ongoing commitment to developing human resources and empowering women, Bank Muscat, the leading financial services provider in the Sulatante of Oman, has been honoured with the Company of the Year for Excellence in Women Empowerment award during the prestigious Origin Awards 2025, organised by Muscat Media Group. The ceremony, held under the patronage of Her Highness Dr. Basma Fahkri Alsaid at the St. Regis Al Mouj Muscat Resort, brought together women leaders, executives, board members, and professionals from diverse industries including banking, energy, finance, technology, health, and education; representing Oman, the Arab world, and beyond. Ilham Murtadha Al Hamid, General Manager – Corporate Banking, received the award on behalf of the Bank.
