Karwa Motors and eMushrif have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen collaboration in the development and delivery of smart mobility solutions and technologies, supporting enhanced security and safety standards, advanced fleet management systems and the adoption of the latest digital technologies across the transport sector.
The MoU reflects the shared commitment of both parties to supporting digital transformation in transportation and delivering integrated solutions that meet the needs of government and private-sector entities. The collaboration will bring together Karwa Motors’ industrial expertise with eMushrif’s advanced technology solutions in vehicle tracking, fleet management and intelligent safety systems.
Under the MoU, the two companies will explore opportunities to develop innovative solutions, including bus and vehicle monitoring and management systems, technologies that enhance driver and passenger safety, operational data analytics, intelligent surveillance systems, and digital solutions that improve operational efficiency and service quality.
Both parties affirmed that the partnership represents a strategic step towards building a smarter and more sustainable mobility ecosystem. It also reflects their commitment to supporting the objectives of Oman Vision 2040 by localising advanced technologies and enhancing local content, in line with global developments in smart transportation.
