Meethaq Islamic Banking from Bank Muscat, participated as a sponsor of the Saih Al Ramth Camel Racing Festival, held at the Saih Al Ramth racetrack in the Wilayat of Jaalan Bani Bu Ali, South Sharqiyah Governorate. The festival was held under the patronage of H.E. Sheikh Mohammed Humaid Al Ghabshi, Wali of Jaalan Bani Bu Ali and Chairman of the Festival Organising Committee, in the presence of dignitaries, visitors, camel owners and enthusiasts of the sport.

Saih Al Ramth is one of the prominent camel racing festivals in the Sultanate of Oman, attracting around 10,000 visitors this year from South Sharqiyah and neighboring governorates. Held over two days, 15 and 16 August, the festival featured 20 races across various camel categories, reflecting the important place camel racing holds in Omani society.
