Muscat: Four expatriate workers were arrested for fishing at Al-Wusta Governorate.
“The Fisheries Control Team in the Governorate of Al-Wusta in the Wilayat of Mahout was able to seize four violating expatriate workers at sea who were fishing on Tuesday evening,” General Directorate of Agricultural Wealth, Fisheries and Water Resources in Al Wusta Governorate said.
“The expats were handed over to the joint inspection team for deportation. The matter was referred to the competent authorities to take the necessary legal measures,” the General Directorate added.
