Muscat: The Indian Ambassador has visited the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry (OCCI) branch in Musandam Governorate on Tuesday.
“Raed bin Mohammed Al Shehi, Chairman of the Chamber’s branch in the Musandam Governorate, received at his office this morning, Munu Mahawar, the Ambassador of the Republic of India accredited to the Sultanate, who is currently visiting the governorate, in the presence of the members of the branch’s Board of Directors,” the Chamber’s branch in the Musandam Governorate said in a statement
“The meeting touched upon the promising economic investment opportunities, challenges in the governorate, the government’s strategic plans that are being implemented, and the incentives and exemptions in place. A business model and possible fields of foreign investment with Musandam International Investment Company (under establishment) were also reviewed.At the end of the meeting, souvenirs were exchanged,” the statement added.
