Muscat: The Sultanate and the Kingdom of the Netherlands signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on the mutual recognition of Certificates of Competency (CoC) for seafarers.
Oman was represented by the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology and the Netherlands by the Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management.
The MoU was signed by Taher Mohammed Al Busaidi, Acting Director General of Maritime Affairs and Brigit Gijsbers, Director for Maritime Affairs in the Netherlands.
