Dr. Salwa Al-Qasabiah, Director of Implementation of the Individual Performance Measurement and Institutional Proficiency System Project, delivered a speech in which she said, “This meeting comes with the aim of forming the members of the sub-teams affiliated with your administrative division. The programme seeks to spread the culture of work in the system and deliver the desired results from its application to the educational field, whether at the level of the employee, the official, the unit or the community in general.”

The programme includes a paper entitled “Preparing trainers in the field of operational planning and building individual plans according to the OKR methodology”.
