Barka: His Highness Sayyid Theyazin bin Haitham Al Said, Minister of Culture, Sports and Youth on Monday presided over the closing ceremony of the Camel Races Festival for 2021.
The event was organised by Oman Camel Racing Federation, in cooperation with the Royal Camel Corps. The closing ceremony of the festival included 4 rounds. The rounds saw exciting and thrilling moments among fans and camel caretakers. Fierce competition was witnessed during the closing ceremony of the festival.
At the end of the race, HH Sayyid Theyazin honoured top winners in each round. The event was attended by their highnesses, ministers, undersecretaries, members of the State Council and Shura Council, sheikhs, dignitaries and camel race fans from different governorates of the Sultanate of Oman.
