Muscat: The Ministry of Social Development celebrated on Monday the International Day of Disabled Persons 2021, under the theme (Leading and Engaging Disabled Persons Towards an Inclusive, Accessible and Sustainable Post-Covid-19 World).
The ceremony was held under the auspices of Her Highness Sayyida Dr. Mona Fahad Al Said, in the presence of Dr. Laila Ahmed Al Najjar, Minister of Social Development.
During the ceremony, the chief guest honoured 64 distinguished disabled persons, as well as the retirees from the Directorate General for Disabled Persons Affairs and the supporting institutions.
