Rebai will perform a programme of his best loved songs, accompanied by an orchestra.
Muscat: The Royal Opera House Muscat announced that it will kick off its awaited 2022 season with two concerts on 6 and 7 January 2022 starring famous pan Arab singer, composer and violinist Saber Rebai.
Born of Yemeni parents from the region of Hadramut, long celebrated for its rich artistic heritage, Saber Rebai grew up in Tunisia and started his music career at the young age of 17.
With a voice of tremendous range, Saber Rebai’s talent was recognised by great artists and he continues to be hailed as a major voice on the music stage of the Arab world. Rebai’s songs are considered distinctive and his repertoire richly diverse. A critic aptly remarked, “His songs take us back to the golden age of the original art of Arab music, he is a star”.
Rebai will perform a programme of his best loved songs, accompanied by an orchestra in a show which is designed to stir the senses and enrich the souls of the audiences of loyal and newly inspired fans.
