Zanzibar: Sayyid Badr Hamad al Busaidi, Foreign Minister, on Tuesday held a session of talks with Liberata Mulamula, Minister of Foreign Affairs and East African Cooperation of the United Republic of Tanzania.
The session reviewed the historical relations between the two countries. It also touched on ways of promoting cooperation, economic and investment partnership and enhancing cultural and scientific exchange towards broader horizons.
The two sides also exchanged views on a number of regional and international matters of common interest. They affirmed their support for dialogue and peaceful means in resolving issues and conflicts to maintain international peace and security.
