The Council of Administrative Affairs for the Judiciary has launched two initiatives.
Muscat: The Council of Administrative Affairs for the Judiciary has launched two initiatives. The first is for the assignment of a number of judges for the settlement of labour disputes at the Labour Department.
The second initiative is for the establishment of evening labour departments in the Muscat Governorate. The steps are aimed at implementation of law provisions and to ease the litigation procedures on some disputes pertaining to Royal Decree No. 125/2020 and to support the policies on improvement of business environment.
The initiatives also aims to improve the methods of deliberation of labour disputes by saving the time and procedures of settlements.
