Muscat: The United Nations has announced the extension of the armistice in Yemen for two additional months, and the UN Special Envoy for Yemen expressed his gratitude to the Sultanate of Oman.
News Centre said: “The United Nations announces that an agreement has been reached to extend the armistice in Yemen for an additional two months.”
“The UN Special Envoy for Yemen, Hans Grundberg, expressed his gratitude to the Sultanate of Oman, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the UN Security Council for supporting the armistice in Yemen,” the news centre added.
