Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has sent a cable of condolences to the President of Russian Federation on the death of Former President.
Foreign Ministry said: “His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik sends a cable of condolences to His Excellency President Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin of the Russian Federation, on the death of Former President of the Soviet Union Mikhail Gorbachev.”
