Muscat: The Committee entrusted to follow-up and support the implementation of Oman Vision 2040 for Musandam Governorate Projects held on Thursday a meeting to discuss the implementation of strategic projects envisioned by Oman Vision 2040.
Chaired by H E Sayyid Ibrahim Said Al Busaidi, Governor of Musandam, the meeting reviewed development plans in the sectors of housing, transport, trade and industry, investment promotion, the logistics sector, and all tourism and municipal projects in the governorate.
Eng Ali bin Ahmed Al-Maashani, Director General of Housing and Urban Planning in Musandam Governorate, explained that the meeting came as a continuation of several previous meetings of the work of committees related to the stages of implementing the urban strategy in Musandam Governorate.
He added that the meeting reviewed what has been achieved during the last period, and followed up the implementation of projects in several sectors, in addition to reviewing all aspects of development in the governorate.
Directors-general from the relevant authorities and the Oman Vision 2040 Implementation Follow-up Unit attended the meeting.
