Al Seeb: An exhibition codenamed Oman Al Khair (Oman: Land of Bounty) kicked off on Thursday under the auspices of Her Highness Dr Laila Ahmed al Najjar, Minister of Social Development.
The three-day exhibition is held at Oman Convention and Exhibition Centre (OCEC) and it is organized in cooperation with female entrepreneurs and the Omani Women’s Association (OWA) at Muscat.
Muhaira Hashim al Baram, Deputy Head of the Economic Committee at OWA said that this first edition of the exhibition is held on the occasion of the 52nd National Day of the Renaissance. The event, she added, aims to support and empower Omani women in various spheres, especially in the economic field.
